The rooms were quiet and okay for a good night's sleep, but the harder mattresses and almost non-existent WiFi connection were a drawback. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to assist, especially the manager. The location felt safe even late at night and allowed easy access to key attractions. The morning dining offered a nice variety of options, though the burgers were particularly delicious.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's location in the old town was perfect, surrounded by a Circle K supermarket and a variety of restaurants, with the famous Beer Street just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, making my stay comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room, though a bit smaller than expected, was clean and had excellent bathroom facilities. The amenities like slippers and bathrobe were a nice touch. The service from all the staff, especially the manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful, ensuring our time in Hanoi was fantastic.
